User-Generated Content

When using our ringtone cutter tool, you may upload audio files. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to upload and use it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your uploaded content for the purpose of providing our services
